Messaging Terms

These terms describe communications with Duniel Garcia through Canopy & Acre, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Partners SW. They do not enroll you in a messaging program.

Replies to your inquiry

If you send an inquiry and request a response by email, call, or text, we may use that method to respond about your request, discuss properties, or coordinate a consultation or visit. The website form itself does not send a message: you must send the prepared email or contact us separately. Selecting a response method is not permission for unrelated or ongoing automated marketing.

No automatic marketing enrollment

This website does not currently operate an automated marketing enrollment program. Visiting the site, reading these terms, providing a telephone number, or sending an inquiry does not constitute written consent to automated marketing calls, artificial or prerecorded voice calls, prerecorded voicemail, or recurring promotional texts. Any future program requiring consent must obtain it separately with the applicable disclosures. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing property or services. These terms do not authorize marketing by unnamed partners.

Message frequency and costs

The number of personal replies depends on your inquiry and the arrangements you request. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability; email and text should not be relied on for emergency or time-critical transaction instructions. Contact details and availability appear on the website.

Stop messages or change your preferences

You can reply STOP to a text or use ordinary words such as “please stop texting me.” You can also ask us to stop by email or telephone, or tell us during a call. No particular keyword is required. Requests will be honored as promptly as practicable and within applicable legal deadlines. Please specify if you want to stop all contact or only a particular channel. We may retain the minimum contact information needed to respect your request.

You do not need to pay, sign in, or provide information beyond what is reasonably needed to identify the contact to be stopped. A later inquiry permits a response to that inquiry; it does not automatically enroll you in marketing again.

Help and email preferences

For help, contact duniel@canopyandacre.com or (786) 789-0420. If you receive a text from us, you may also reply HELP; the current site does not promise an automated keyword response. To stop promotional email, use any unsubscribe method supplied in the message or email us directly. Requests to stop commercial email will be honored within 10 business days. Necessary nonpromotional transaction communications may be handled separately as permitted by law and your instructions.

Your number and privacy

Please provide a number you are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes or no longer belongs to you. Do not send payment details, passwords, or sensitive identification documents by text. Our Privacy Policy explains the current form, third-party services, and information requests.
