This notice covers the Canopy & Acre website and inquiries directed to Duniel Garcia, a real estate agent affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Partners SW. It describes the public website at canopyandacre.com. Separate brokerage, transaction, and third-party services may have their own privacy notices.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks about your real estate plans, needs, timing, preferred areas, and contact preferences. Depending on your selections, it may also ask about a property, budget, financing readiness, or visit dates. You can provide your name, email address, telephone number, preferred language, and additional details. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account credentials, bank information, identification documents, or sensitive information about children.
How the inquiry form works
Your answers remain in the current page’s memory. The form does not automatically submit them to us or store them in a website contact database. Closing the form alone may leave answers available while that page remains open. Reloading the page resets the form. Choosing to open an email draft transfers the answers to your email application; choosing Copy places them on your clipboard. Your device or email provider may retain drafts or clipboard contents under its own settings. We receive your inquiry only if you send it or contact us separately.
How information is used and shared
Information you send is used to respond, understand your needs, coordinate requested real estate services, and maintain related correspondence. Email, telephone, hosting, and other service providers process information needed to deliver their services. In connection with services you request, relevant details may also be shared with the brokerage and people involved in that service or transaction. Please tell us before sending information if you want to discuss limits on its use or disclosure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims.
The current website has no feature that sells inquiry information or enrolls visitors in third-party advertising. Providing contact details is not consent to share your number with referral partners for their own marketing or to receive automated marketing.
Hosting, cookies, and external services
The site uses a third-party hosting provider. The provider may process network, device, security, and usage information needed to serve the site. Google Fonts requests may disclose technical information, including your IP address and browser details, to Google. This is separate from the inquiry form.
No first-party advertising pixel or analytics tracker is installed in the current website code. This does not mean the site’s hosting or embedded providers are cookie-free. Browser settings can limit cookies; some external features may not work when blocked. External websites and services apply their own policies. Retention and security
Sent correspondence and service records may be retained for the inquiry, an ongoing client relationship, brokerage recordkeeping, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations; deleting a website form does not delete an email already sent. No website, email, or text service can guarantee absolute security. Use a separately agreed secure method for sensitive transaction documents.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you have sent, or request that contact stop, using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required by law or necessary to document an opt-out. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law; this notice does not promise that every statutory privacy right applies to every visitor or business. You can use the site without sending an inquiry.
Children and changes to this notice
This site is intended for adults arranging real estate services, not children under 13. If a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it. This notice will be updated when relevant practices change. Adding a CRM, advertising tools, automated messaging, or direct form submission requires corresponding notice and consent updates; a policy update alone does not provide marketing consent.
